Oxygen for XML is the most amazing MXML formatter the world has ever known. You can set it up to indent and sort MXML by attribute name alphabetically. The formatting is unreal.

I use Flash 9 to format Actionscript. You just have to comment out the Bindings first. 

I use a sep. AS file in Flex to sort imports.
